I'd like to get a 64bit OS so I can put in 4gigs. What do you all think? Worth it or not or will the programs I need to use not be compatible with 64bit?

Many people don't realize that almost all new computers have a 64 bit processor. However, it is possible to run a 32 bit OS on these new processors without any problems.

What are the best places to store documents for free/cheap online? That way if my computer dies or something happens I don't lose my notes.

Our favorite here at STUG is Carbonite. Steven, Jared, and Travis all use it. Carbonite is a subscription service at $50/yr. If free is more your thing, Mozy is a good choice.

Since we get the upgrade to Vista Ultimate in the software bundle, do you suggest to get a tablet with Vista Business or XP?

Many Tablet PCs are still shipping with Windows XP Tablet Edition. Luckily, Speed School provides a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate Upgrade as part of the software bundle.
