Before installing DyKnow, your DyKnow account needs to be activated through Ulink. To do this, log into Ulink, click on the "Computer Accounts" link on the main page and then select the two check boxes for Active Directory and DyKnow.

After activating your account, navigate to http://www.dyknow.com/download/default.aspx From there select to download version 5.0 of the DyKnow client. Select the Student option and enter in your personal information.

From this point it is a straight forward installation process.

Once DyKnow is installed it needs to be configured. This simply consists of entering in the URL for the DyKnow server, which is: dyknow.spd.louisville.edu
